Sell MC and AC Cable in Tennessee
Armored cable from fit-out work, sold by the coil.
MC and AC cable arrive on site in coils and leave as leftovers when a tenant fit-out changes or a mechanical package gets redesigned. Tennessee has a steady supply from hospitals, schools, offices and light industrial work.
We purchase metal-clad and armored cable in aluminum and steel armor, with copper conductors, in 12/2, 10/2, 12/3, 10/3 and larger multi-conductor configurations. Both MC and AC are in scope, including health-care rated and oversized assemblies.

Coil weight and conductor count drive the value here. A photo of the printed armor tape or the conductor print, plus an approximate coil weight, lets us quote without waiting for a site visit.
Questions about MC & AC Cable
Do you buy opened coils of MC cable?
Yes, provided the remaining length is usable and the armor is not crushed. Photograph the cut end and the coil so we can judge condition.
How do I identify the conductor size?
The conductor print inside the armor states the AWG and insulation type. Pull back a few inches of armor or photograph the print where it is visible at the cut.
Is AC cable still purchased?
Yes. AC cable with a bonding strip is bought alongside MC, though the two are quoted separately because the constructions are different.
Can I sell a mixed pallet of MC and building wire?
Yes. List each item on the form; a mixed lot is fine, but the quote is more accurate when the categories are separated.
